The Estimator will provide accurate and timely cost estimates for piping, plumbing, and commercial projects. The Estimator will work with the Project Manager and other team members to ensure cost estimates are accurate and timely. This person will be responsible for analyzing and understanding project scope and requirements, researching materials and labor costs, and developing cost estimates for projects. The Estimator will also review contracts for accuracy and help to ensure that customers are getting the best value for their projects.
Position Overview:
The Estimator will be part of the estimating team and will work with the Project Manager and other team members to provide accurate and timely cost estimates for piping, plumbing, and commercial projects. This position will also work closely with other departments to ensure that the customer is getting the best value for their projects.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as Estimator for piping, plumbing, and commercial projects
In-depth understanding of estimating principles and techniques
Good knowledge of materials and labor costs
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office and estimating software
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is a plus
