Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate clients in the Midwest region.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts through strategic sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to clients.
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to recommend product improvements and enhancements.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and pricing to close deals.
- Track sales performance metrics and report on account health and growth potential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in commercial sales or the chemical industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
