What You Will Be Doing
- Monitor work and supplies to ensure quality control requirements are met at various phases of the project
- Coordinate subcontractor, consultant, inspector, and vendor schedules to ensure each project is completed on time
- Communicate with the project team and assist each subcontractor in carrying out his or her responsibilities successfully and efficiently.
- Perform inspections or schedule inspectors to ensure that each job site's safety and compliance rules are met.
- Identify and resolve problems and conflicts, as well as organize meetings and collaborate with team members in various roles as needed.
