- Manage all aspects of commercial litigation from inception to resolution
- Conduct depositions, prepare pleadings and motions, conduct legal research, prepare cases for trial, and present oral arguments in court
- Formulate legal strategies, evaluate and negotiate contracts, and provide advice/counsel to clients on a variety of complex legal matters
- Stay up to date on changing laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- 2+ Years of Experience in Commercial Litigation or Business Law
- Juris Doctorate or Esquire
- Georgia Bar Certified
- Experience managing cases from inception to completion
- Competency in Case-Management Software
