We are a nationally recognized law firm that offers a full range of defense litigation and insurance coverage services to our clients, proudly representing numerous prominent professionals, businesses, financial institutions, and insurance companies. As we grow our team, we are looking for an Associate Attorney to join our securities litigation practice. While knowledge of securities laws or FINRA practice is not required, we are looking for candidates with experience in civil litigation and a demonstrated ability to move cases toward resolution or trial independently.

Who You Are:

Admitted to Practice in New York (New Jersey Admission - Plus, Not Required)
Juris Doctorate Degree from an Accredited Law School
2+ Years of Civil Litigation Experience
Familiarity with securities laws is a plus
Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must possess strong analytical skills

What You Will Be Doing?

As an Associate Attorney, you will work underneath a senior attorney on each case you are assigned. Your responsibilities will include performing legal research, drafting legal documents, assisting with discovery, and appearing in FINRA arbitration or court proceedings.
