Introduction: Based in Bethesda Maryland, we are actively looking for an experienced commercial real estate Litigation Attorney to join our team and provide legal advice and representation to our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in litigation, commercial real estate, and related areas of practice. It is also preferred that the candidate have experience in real estate law and negotiating contracts.
Position Overview: The successful applicant will be responsible for working with clients to review, draft, and negotiate various types of commercial real estate contracts, to provide legal advice related to real estate transactions, to litigate cases in court as necessary, and to handle other legal matters related to commercial real estate. The attorney should be able to work independently and as part of a team to fulfill the needs of the firm and its clients.
