They are an AMLaw200 litigation firm that has been in business for over 60 years. Their specialties include labor & employment and they're searching for an Associate with 5+ years of L&E experience to join their team in San Diego, CA.

Who you are:
5+ years as an Attorney
Labor and Employment litigation experience
Experience participating in moot court and/or law review or law journals
Wage and Hour, PAGA, Class Action
Experience with defense
CA Bar in good standings
Juris Doctorate
What you will be doing:
Litigation will generally consist of single-plaintiff EEO litigation; PAGA; and class action wage and hour litigation
Work on litigation and matters for a wide range of clients
Depending upon experience, attorneys are involved in one or more of the following: pre-complaint investigation; case analysis; strategy drafting and responding to discovery; taking and defending depositions; motions and other court appearances; administrative matters before the DLSE, NLRB, DFEH, OSHA; union negotiations and relations; assisting in arbitration and trials; and client development
