They're a full service law firm for education, government, civil litigation, employment, personal injury, construction, and real estate. They're searching for an Attorney with a background in water law.

Who you are:
3+ years of experience with environmental and/or water law matters for public and/or private clients
Experience with public sector clients such as cities, counties, and special districts is preferred with demonstrable knowledge of the Brown Act, Public Records Act, and Conflicts of Interests
Experience with assisting in preparation of discovery and pleadings for litigation or adversarial proceedings at state administrative agencies such as the State Water Resources Control Board
Client memorandums to law and motion work in adversarial proceedings
Ability to handle and manage, with limited supervision and oversight, preparing and responding to written discovery
CA Bar in good standings
Juris Doctorate
