Building Controls Sales Manager

Position Overview
The Building Controls Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and market share for our building automation systems. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the building controls sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for building automation systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the building controls industry.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, particularly in building automation systems or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of controls, building automation systems, and HVAC systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive results.
  • Experience in account development and marketing is a plus.
  • Technical background in plumbing or mechanical systems is advantageous.
