We are looking to fill a new Business Development Specialist position for our hauling business. We would like to find someone who has a CDL A License and has a background in the waste hauling business, not just a Sales Person, but a hands on person preferably who knows the business and has worked in the trucking/hauling industry, someone who has industry experience in waste hauling, pumping and vac truck services
- Cultivate relationships with clients in municipal, industrial, and commercial sectors.
- Knowledge of the waste hauling, pumping and vac services industry to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events and build a strong network of contacts.
- Experience in business development, preferably in the waste hauling or vac truck services sector.
- Report on activities, managing leads, conduct follow-ups, and analyze trends, to cultivate efficient operations.
- Waste Management processes and regulations.
