Business Valuation Manager

Position Overview
The Business Valuation Manager is responsible for leading valuation projects and providing expert analysis for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic business decisions. This role involves collaborating with clients to deliver accurate and defensible business valuations, while also managing a team of valuation analysts to ensure high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage business valuation engagements for clients across various industries.
Conduct thorough financial analysis and research to support valuation conclusions.
Prepare detailed valuation reports that are clear, comprehensive, and compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
Provide litigation support and expert testimony as needed in legal proceedings related to valuation disputes.
Mentor and train junior staff in valuation methodologies and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and analyze business risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required.
Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) and/or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) preferred.
Significant experience in business valuation, litigation support, and forensic analysis.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
