Position: Client Accounting Services Manager - Path to Partner
Location: New Bedford, MA (2-3 days a week)
Requirements: 5+ years in public accounting; CPA Highly Preferred
Salary: $110,000-$130,000 a year
We are a midsize firm of about 60 employees headquartered in Providence, RI. We service the Northeast Region offering: Tax, Accounting, Audit, Business Consulting, and Wealth Management services. We are a growing firm that prides itself in standing strong in a time where many firms are merging and selling to the top 25 firms. We offer a flexible schedule with summer hours including half days for the first part of summer and full Fridays off for the second half of summer. We have full benefits, retirement plans, and a strong growth path upwards.
Position Overview
The Client Accounting Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the accounting services provided to clients, ensuring high-quality financial reporting and compliance with regulations. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage client relationships, improve operational efficiencies, and lead a team of accounting professionals to deliver exceptional outsourced accounting services.
This position is a position with a growth path that would lead directly into taking over as leader of the CAS team and path to partnership in the firm. It would be a 12-24 month growth path potentially. We are looking for a motivated leader that wants to be a leader of the firm as a whole.
