We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our Commercial Painting team. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all projects related to the coatings and painting industry. The candidate should have strong project management and coatings/painting experience, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the assigned projects, from the pre-construction to the post-construction phase. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The Project Manager will also be in charge of overseeing the contractors and staff, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Estimate project costs and provide accurate and timely updates to the client
Create project schedules and milestones to ensure timely completion
Monitor the progress of projects and ensure that all deadlines are met
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project
Prepare final reports on project completion and submit to client
Ensure that all safety regulations are adhered to
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience construction experience
Proven project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
Proficiency with MS Project and other project management software
