Position Overview:The Commercial Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a commercial property. This includes managing budgets, ensuring that all building systems are functioning properly, and providing the highest level of customer service to tenants and visitors. The Commercial Superintendent must be organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.Key Responsibilities: Manage budgets, identify cost savings, and review financial statements. Supervise maintenance staff and contractors. Enforce tenant rules and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant building codes. Coordinate and respond to tenant requests quickly and efficiently. Oversee security and safety procedures. Handle tenant complaints and grievances. Inspect buildings and grounds regularly to identify any necessary repairs or improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field. 5+ years of experience in commercial property management, with knowledge in Warehouse, Gas Station, Costco, Child Care, Restaurant, and Big Box operations. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks quickly and accurately. Knowledge of relevant building codes and safety regulations. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and other property management software programs.Benefits
