The individual must have a strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques, as well as experience restoring damaged properties. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive knowledge of Xactimate and Symbility software.

This is an exciting career opportunity where you will manage overall coordination and oversight of the rebuild and construction activities, supporting and educating the team on compliance with best practices as related to construction, and implementing all Fowcon Restoration standards.
You will oversee the project management team in the estimating, planning, monitoring, and coordinating of new restoration, renovations, and capital improvements. You will provide oversight and guidance to the project management team on projects/issues that involve multiple trades or require construction experience or knowledge.
You will be responsible for overseeing municipality (permitting) and vendor relations at a local level, procurement of new vendors, contract review, and internal/third-party employee management - all while striving to have all assigned projects completed at a high standard of excellence.
Guide and monitor estimating best practices.
Working under the general supervision of the GM and Owner you will provide overall leadership of Fowcon Restorations construction division for assigned projects, including design and permitting assistance, and construction through completion and certificate of completion.
