Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Salary: $70K-$75K + Commission

Requirements: Residential and/or Commercial Construction Project Management, Insurance Reconstruction, Xactimate, Customer Interaction Experience
We are a leading provider of insurance reconstruction services with multiple offices throughout South Florida, and we are currently in search of an experienced and highly capable Construction Project Manager to cover our Fort Lauderdale territory.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing residential and commercial construction projects while being responsible for customer interaction and satisfaction.

- Planning and executing residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Managing subcontractors and resource providers
- Managing the entire customer experience and overall customer satisfaction
- Evaluating and selling projects
- Identifying and documenting project scope of work
- Reviewing estimates
- Creating project schedule, timeline and budget
- Residential and/or commercial Project Management experience
- Experience interacting directly with customers
- Xactimate experience is required
- At least some level of experience with insurance rebuild jobs
