Requirements: 6+ years as a construction Project Manager with a focus in Multifamily construction

This is a full time/ permanent position with a 200-person general contractor with a wide range of ground-up projects across Multifamily and Commercial. They are well established with consistent work and a backlog of projects.

What You Will Be Doing

- Manage all phases of the project
- Assure construction meets established quality standards
- Identifies and implements method and systems for achieving cost savings
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, etc.
