We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Residential Construction Superintendent to join our Construction team. As a Residential Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing building projects, from pre-construction planning to post-construction turnover. You will interface with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects on time and within budget. You will also ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

As the Residential Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for all aspects of the building process from planning and scheduling to coordination and supervision of work on site. You will be the primary liaison between contractors and the company, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also ensure the quality of all construction work is in accordance with established regulations and standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need more than 3 years' experience in Residential Construction as well as a superb understanding of project management and construction procedures. You will need to demonstrate a proven track record of managing complex projects and leading teams to successful completion.
