Title: Controls Engineer - Food Manufacturing
Location: Indianapolis, IN - ON-SITE - Local Candidates Desired
Salary: $115k-$130k - Depending on Experience + 10% bonus
Requirements: 5+ years as Controls/Electrical Engineer, High-Speed Production, Controls, Allen-Bradley, PLC, HMI, Machinery, Food/Beverage Manufacturing Environment

Key Responsibilities:

Support production and plant engineering operations
Design, build, implement automation processes focusing on continuous improvement
Programming and trouble shooting PLC's (Allen-Bradley), VFD's, Valves, Motors, Controls
Practice Safety at all times in the plant and assist in preventative maintenance needs as they arise

Needs for this role:

4-year Bachelor's Degree in Engineering - Electrical preferred
5+ years of experience in manufacturing facility, high-volume Food/Beverage plant desired
Ability to diagnose, program, and troubleshoot PLC's (Allen-Bradley) highly desired
Extensive training on Pneumatics, hydraulics, valves, VFD's, conveyors, motors, gears, 3-phase
Team player, and collaborative mindset
