Located just outside of St. Louis, this stable and growing company is one of the leaders in the Controls and Automation space in the area.

They are looking for an Controls Technician that is responsible for overseeing a projects and perform predictive and routine electrical and controls tasks. This role requires a professional with the ability to effectively troubleshoot issues, communicate effectively, and ensure max efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems
Read and interpret electrical schematics, manuals, and diagrams
Work collaboratively with other technicians to complete maintenance tasks on time
Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
Repair and replace defective or worn components of HVAC systems
Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues
Provide technical support to customers

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience as a Controls Technician or related role
Knowledge of HVAC, Controls, and Electrical Engineering principles and practices
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, manuals, and diagrams
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
