Located in South Charlotte, NC we are an international manufacturing solutions to some of the leading OEMs globally. We are an integral part of our customers' supply chains, and we help lower their costs and working capital for engineered parts. Our customized programs encompass component sourcing, quality control testing, engineering, kitting, subassembly, supplier management, and more.

The Customer Support Staff 1 plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. This position is responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing necessary support, and ensuring a positive experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate and timely information regarding products and services.
Assist customers in resolving issues and complaints effectively.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and address customer needs.
Utilize Microsoft Office applications to document and manage customer information.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
