Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and creative Director of Content Marketing to lead our content marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness. This remote position will oversee the content strategy, and manage the PR efforts!
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances brand visibility.
- Lead and mentor a team of content creators, ensuring high-quality output and professional development.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content across various channels, including blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding throughout all marketing efforts.
- Analyze content performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers to enhance brand reach and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve our content marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in content marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
- Exceptional copywriting and storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in influencer engagement and relationship management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in content performance tracking and reporting tools.
