We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Director of External Reporting & Tax to join our team. They will be responsible for preparing and filing all required corporate external financial reports, including annual SEC reports, managing the income tax function, providing technical accounting expertise, and optimizing the company's tax strategies. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong knowledge of GAAP, SEC and regulatory reporting requirements, and advanced proficiency in MS Office.
The Director of External Reporting & Tax will provide guidance to the accounting department regarding the preparation of the companies financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards and other applicable legal and regulatory requirements. The Director will also be responsible for optimizing the companies tax strategies and compliance with all external tax and regulatory requirements.
