Job Title: Electrical Engineer (Switchgear)
Job Location: Belle Chasse, LA
Salary: $70,000-$90,000
Requirements: Switchgear, Power Distribution, Voltage, AutoCAD, Autodesk, Inventor, SolidWorks
We build the best in class custom generator control and power distribution systems to meet our clients challenges in the marine, O&G and energy markets.
- Responsible for the electrical design and development of the product line
- Support project design, development and production of prototype power distribution and monitoring/metering equipment
- Work with cross-functional engineering teams to define requirements and create electrical systems considering space, manufacturing, service, and other design considerations
- 1+ years experience working with Switchgears, Voltage, or Power Distribution
- 1+ years of AutoCAD experience (AutoDesk, Inventor, SolidWorks, etc.)
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
