Job Title: Electronic Assembler
Location: Eatontown, NJ
Salary: $60K - $75K
Requirements: 2+ years experience in electronics assembly
Additional ways in which a candidate may stand out would be:
- Proficient in operating SMT equipment and soldering
- Strong ability to read and interpret electronic schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions
- Prep micro-electronics parts and components for thru-hole assembly
- Perform soldering and desoldering of components (transistor, capacitors, etc.)
- Complete basic reworks for electronic parts for PCB board for quality inspections.
- Troubleshoot defects in the SMT assembly process
- Work collaboratively with engineering teams to address issues
- 2+ years experience in electronics manufacturing environment
- Intermediate skills in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to create spreadsheet, organize data, and report to Engineering team
- Vocational or technical training in electronics or a related field (Helpful)
- Prior experience in SMT assembly in a manufacturing environment (Plus)
