ERP Administrator

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced ERP Administrator to manage and optimize our Epicor ERP system. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the system runs efficiently, providing technical support, and facilitating user training to enhance business processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the Epicor ERP system to ensure optimal performance.
  • Configure software settings and ensure system updates are applied in a timely manner.
  • Conduct business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Manage data integrity and oversee data management practices within the ERP system.
  • Provide user training and support to ensure all team members can effectively utilize the ERP system.
  • Assist in system integration efforts with other business applications and tools.
  • Develop and generate reports to support decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Oversee inventory management processes within the ERP system to ensure accurate stock levels.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an ERP Administrator, specifically with Epicor.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and software configuration.
  • Experience in business process analysis and improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data management and data integrity best practices.
  • Ability to provide technical support and user training effectively.
  • Knowledge of system integration principles and practices.
  • Proficient in SQL for database management and reporting purposes.
  • Experience with inventory management processes and reporting tools.
