Epicor ERP Business Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Epicor ERP Business Analyst to drive acquisitions and enhance operational efficiency within our organization. Candidates with a robust background in manufacturing, demonstrated expertise in optimizing business processes, and familiarity with Epicor ERP are preferred.

Our products are integral to applications in minimally invasive surgery, infection prevention, wound care, orthopedic soft goods, and implants.
Location and Travel:
This position is based at our Corporate Headquarters in Newburyport, MA, or one of our other 13 locations. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate business systems and user needs, recommending solutions that align with business requirements.
Write functional requirements in compliance with SOX and other quality standards.
Lead complex systems projects and collaborate effectively within project groups.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and facilitate discussions for effective system implementations.
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end users and staff.
Perform data queries using MS-SQL, prepare reports, and create dashboards.
Act as a key contact for external application and technology providers.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned, including enhancing technical skills and contributing to application programming efforts.
Qualifications:
Experience in mapping data from legacy to new Epicor ERP applications, including proficiency with data conversion tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Two to four years of experience as an Epicor ERP "super-user" or "power-user," or a combination of education and experience.
Hands-on participation in at least one Epicor ERP implementation or multiple implementations of other ERP systems.
Proficiency in MS-SQL and understanding of relational database concepts.
Strong technical report writing skills preferred.
Prior experience in team leadership and project management is advantageous.
