Location: Topeka, KS, USA (open to providing relocation)
Salary: $80K -$140K (salary flexible can be higher than range posted/open to all levels of experience)
Requirements: - Estimating experience, Bachelor's preferred, 2+ years relevant experience with Heavy Civil or WTP/WWTP experience, Willing to train people in WTP/WWTP if there is any experience in Heavy Civil
