Family Law Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Family Law Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal guidance in family law matters, helping clients navigate complex issues such as divorce, adoption, and child support, while offering compassionate support throughout the legal process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, adoption, and child custody disputes.
  • Draft and review legal documents such as petitions, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Advise clients on their legal rights and options regarding family law matters.
  • Negotiate settlements between parties to resolve disputes amicably.
  • Litigate cases in court, advocating for clients' interests during hearings and trials.
  • Assist clients with the enforcement and modification of existing court orders.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in family law and legal best practices.
Qualifications
  • Jurisdictional license to practice law as a Family Law Attorney.
  • Proven experience in family law, including divorce and custody issues.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of related areas such as alimony, paternity, and domestic violence law is a plus.
