We are a securities litigation firm looking to add an experienced Finance & Securities Litigation Attorney to our New York Team. This position is an exciting opportunity to provide legal services in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing legal advice to clients on complex financial and securities litigation matters, and for researching and drafting legal documents for court filings.
As a Finance & Securities Litigation Attorney, you will represent clients in all phases of litigation from pre-suit investigation and discovery through trial and appeal. You will be responsible for preparing pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents, conducting research, participating in depositions, and engaging in settlement negotiations. You will also be responsible for reviewing and interpreting contracts, corporate documents, and securities regulations.
