Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled FP&A Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will oversee financial planning and analysis activities, ensuring alignment with the companys strategic goals and objectives. This hybrid position allows for flexibility in work location while requiring a strong financial acumen and the ability to analyze complex data.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key performance metrics and insights.
Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and ensure accountability for financial performance.
Conduct financial modeling to support strategic decision-making and investment analysis.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
Utilize financial software such as Adaptive and Planful to streamline processes and reporting.
Perform headcount analysis and manage workforce planning initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong understanding of GAAP principles.
Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
Experience with financial software tools, particularly Adaptive, Planful, and NetSuite is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
