Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team and provide innovative solutions to manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will be able to assess current processes and workflows, develop process improvement plans, use Millwork and lead teams in the implementation of manufacturing designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Develop plans and process design specifications according to production goals and technical requirements
Use Millwork and CNC machining to create plans and designs
Lead teams in the implementation of manufacturing designs
Work with management to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to achieve desired outcomes
Monitor and report on performance of processes and plans
Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in manufacturing processes and Millwork
CNC machining experience preferred
Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and process improvement techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
