Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic counsel on patent applications, trademark registrations, copyrights, and trade secrets
Draft and prosecute patent applications before the USPTO
Conduct IP due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and licensing agreements
Represent clients in litigation, disputes, and negotiations involving intellectual property rights
Stay ahead of emerging trends in IP law and advise clients accordingly

Qualifications & Skills

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
3+ years of Patent Law or Intellectual Property experience
Experience with 5G and Telecommunications is highly desirable
USPTO registration is highly desirable
Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
