Base Salary Range: $130,000 to $150,000/year

- Manages the field and project team successfully and collaboratively.
- Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with clients, project teams, consultants/architects/engineers, subcontractors, adjacent community, and governmental agencies.
- Responsible for the project set-up, job site logistics, field coordination, and project schedule.
- Review all project documents for constructability and content, including shop drawings.
- Coordinates with building inspections, subcontractor inspections, and agencies.
- Manages the delivery of commercial outcomes by ensuring subcontractors are clear about the performance expectations for their role and effectively addressing any performance issues promptly.
- Delivers quality expectations by understanding the deliverables, and consistently tests the quality of work in progress to minimize rework through daily monitoring of resources including manpower, materials, and temporary works against the project plan.
- Adheres to timelines and manages workflow according to demand. Can develop well-structured and realistic work plans with a clear breakdown of tasks. Allocates own time and resources effectively.
- Maintains a robust understanding of safety requirements for all aspects of the site, including pre-planning, monitoring of construction activities and site conditions, and taking corrective actions to non-compliant work. Driving the companys initiatives daily with the trades/subcontractors.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent, or equivalent role, in the commercial construction industry
- Prior experience in successfully building projects similar in size and complexity.
- Knowledge of construction budget best practices.
- In-depth understanding of local, state, and federal construction regulations.
