Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Fremont, IN
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will design and implement systems, equipment and procedures that support our continuous improvement efforts.
- Drive continual process improvement and leverage Value Stream Mapping to develop future optimization state
- Prepare production drawings and submittal drawings in CAD as well as approve design changes and drawing releases
- Confer with planning and design staff concerning product design and tooling
- Support department cost reduction and ensure material flow/layouts, internal Route designs and workforce allocations are optimized
- Assist the Sales Department with customer-related concerns
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field, and/or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of professional/internship experience in manufacturing
