Sr. Manufacturing Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Manufacturing Engineer to lead our manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing production efficiency and ensuring the highest standards of quality control across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage manufacturing projects to improve process efficiency and reduce costs.
Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure product standards are met.
Analyze manufacturing processes and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and resolve issues.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for manufacturing defects.
Train and mentor junior engineers and manufacturing staff on best practices and process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related role.
Proven experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
