The Manufacturing and Field Engineering Manager will manage the build and commission of our product. Previous experience working on field installations, startups, and commissioning of instrumentation, analyzers, or other complex equipment in industrial environments. They will work closely with the COO and VP of Technology to manage the company’s build and commissioning to meet accelerating demand for the company’s products.
This individual is highly motivated, organized, proactive, and has demonstrated the skills to successfully manage a team. Background in instrumentation, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, chemistry, automation, and/or control systems engineering.
Hybrid in Stafford, TX with up to 80% travel

Bonus: Up to 15% of salary based on company performance goals
Insurance: 100% covered by us for medical (BCBS of Texas), vision, dental, STD & LTD (Guardian). Employees also have the option of reimbursement ($650/mo) if they have outside coverage.
401k: 6% match
Other Benefits: $500/yr for any learning and development, $75/mo wellness/gym reimbursement, $75/mo phone reimbursement (he will get a company phone, but because we used to use personal phones, some people prefer it, and so we kept the reimbursement).
PTO and Holidays: 15 days PTO (goes up with tenure), 14 Company Paid Holidays
Comp time: Extra hours worked get banked as paid time for future use. Separate from PTO because we payout PTO; we do not pay out comp time.
