Title: Operations Manager
Location: Fremont, IN
Salary: $100,000 - $115,000
For almost 100 years, we are a market leader in cost-effective, high-performance, fundamental custom components for industrial equipment and unique assembly challenges. Our division leads the engineered materials industry with expertise in PTFE materials, custom rubber formulations, and a large variety of engineered thermoplastics.
As an Operations Manager, you will oversee the overall manufacturing process ensuring the safety, quality, and optimizing production to meet customer demand.
- Oversee the procurement of raw materials and equipment required for manufacturing
- Design and implement plans for the effective use of material and labor resources
- Conduct assessments to identify mechanical and procedural limitations
- Analyze and provide solutions to manufacturing challenges or problems
- Monitor the regulation of work shift to ensure proper workload distribution
- Assure the maintenance of production equipment and machines
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field, and/or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of professional manufacturing supervisory experience
