Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, legal research, document preparation, and case management, particularly in the areas of product liability and insurance defense.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, and trials.
Manage case files and maintain organized records.
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and provide updates.
Coordinate with other legal professionals and support staff to ensure efficient case management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in product liability and insurance defense.
Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
