What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Leading the design and execution of land development projects from concept through construction.
- Managing internal teams and coordinating with external stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Providing technical oversight and mentorship to junior engineers and design staff.
- Reviewing plans, calculations, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with local standards.
- Overseeing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Navigating permitting processes and maintaining strong relationships with local agencies.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on land development.
- Strong background in grading, drainage, water/sewer systems, and site layout.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D and related design tools.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
- PE license in Colorado (or ability to obtain quickly).
- Familiarity with development regulations and permitting processes in the Front Range.
