We are a leader in the Industrial Construction space. We have been around for over 50 years and have seen consistent growth. We are a very stable company with consistent projects, so we are currently hiring for experienced PMs. This person will be responsible for providing overall management, direction, timelines, etc. for their projects and bidding work when necessary.

What You Need for this Position

- 3-5+ years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Experience at a General Contracting company
- Knowledge of steel, concrete, electrical, building fit outs, etc.
- Experience on any of the following projects: Industrial/Commercial
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or Engineering (or related) is a plus but not required

What You Will Be Doing

- Manage projects from start to finish (Budgets, timelines, planning, etc.)
- Ensure project milestones are met while maintaining a high quality work
- Maintain a thorough understanding of contract documents and subcontracts
