We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our Manufacturing team. The ideal candidate is an experienced engineer with a strong background in CNC, Laser Etching, and Medical Device Manufacturing. The Process Engineer will be expected to develop and maintain processes to ensure product quality and troubleshoot technical issues. As a Process Engineer you will be expected to work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure that production processes are efficient and running smoothly.

As a Process Engineer in our Manufacturing team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining processes to ensure product quality, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with other departments to ensure efficiency.
The ideal candidate for this position must have at least 3+ years years of experience in CNC, Laser Etching, Bead Blasting, Medical Device Manufacturing, Minitab, GD&T, and SPC. Candidates should also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on their feet. Must be able to work a 12 hr shift on a rotating schedule starting out.
This role offers an excellent pay of $90,000 - $130,000 annually, as well as benefits and other perks.
