Program Planner

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Program Planner to join our team, responsible for the development, management, and optimization of project schedules and plans. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that project milestones are met and resources are allocated efficiently, ultimately contributing to the successful delivery of aerospace projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project and other scheduling tools.
Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and production teams to gather project requirements and constraints.
Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet changing project demands.
Prepare regular status reports and presentations for stakeholders regarding project timelines and deliverables.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Facilitate planning meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.

Qualifications

Proven experience in program planning or project management within the aerospace industry or related.
Strong proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Project.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
