Job Title: Project Engineer
Location: Milford, CT
Salary: $90K - $130K (DOE)
Requirements: B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related discipline / 3+ years experience in product development, lighting, or electrical design / Experience leading teams or projects

- Familiarity with power supplies, analog circuits, digital circuits, and components
- Able to perform failure analysis testing
- Adept at writing technical reports
- Lead technical development efforts of multiple projects
- Ensure performance, quality, cost and schedule alignment remain on par throughout projects
- Organize development resources -Electrical Engineers, Industrial Designers or technicians
- Coordinate with other departments and vendors to streamline project timeframes and milestones
- Provide technical knowledge to non-technical audiences - customers or other internal departments
- Lead executive-level updates and meetings as part of Product Development lifecycle
- Anticipate, analyze, and resolve issues impacting project schedules
