We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team and assist in the successful planning and completion of high-profile projects. The Project Engineer will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support, monitoring and controlling budgets, developing and maintaining project plans, and coordinating between contractors, designers, and owners.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of a project from design to closeout
Monitor and control costs, schedules, and quality of construction
Coordinate project activities, resources, and personnel
Create detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects
Prepare and distribute RFI's, submittals, and change orders
Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction and tenant improvement projects
Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of projects
Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and owners
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
Provide weekly progress reports to management
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in construction, engineering, and/or project management
Strong knowledge of ground-up construction and tenant improvement projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management software
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
