Position Overview: We are seeking a Project Manager - Division 28 to oversee the installation of Access Control, CCTV Systems, and other Security projects. The Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and execute projects according to the clients deadlines. The Project Manager will also be responsible for communicating with clients, vendors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish project plans and objectives while ensuring all project goals are met in a timely manner
• Execute projects according to plan and within budget
• Coordinate with team members, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are completed correctly and on time
• Monitor progress of installation projects and report regularly on status to clients and other stakeholders
• Analyze and improve processes to ensure projects are completed efficiently
• Ensure all projects are compliant with industry regulations and standards (Division 28, Access Controls, CCTV Systems, Security, etc.)
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Project Management, Security, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on Access Control, CCTV Systems, and Security
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards (Division 28, Access Controls, CCTV Systems, Security, etc.)
