We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.
The Project Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a variety of projects, ranging from large-scale construction to tenant improvement and renovation projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in construction management, renovation, restoration, and project engineering. Furthermore, the ideal candidate should have a well-developed skill set and be capable of working independently on projects.
Position Overview: The Project Manager will oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle, from concept to completion. This includes defining project scope, creating detailed timelines, coordinating subcontractors, overseeing project budget, and tracking progress. The Project Manager must coordinate closely with the team to ensure a successful outcome and completion of the project.
