Job Title: Project Manager - Heavy Civil Construction, Water/Sewer
Location: Macomb, MI
Salary: $95k - $135k+ allowances, bonus incentives
Requirements: 5+ years in water/sewer and public works construction project management

We are a family-owned heavy civil construction company based in Macomb, MI with over 60 years experience in water/sewer heavy civil construction projects. With a main focus on public works construction projects, we prioritize safety, efficiency, and professionalism in everything we do. Having completed projects such as micro-tunneling, sinkhole repairs, pump stations and facilities, etc., we are proven go-to in heavy civil, public works construction in the greater Detroit, area.
Due to growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As the Project Manager, you will coordinate and manage all public works construction projects from start to finish. You will work with the estimating team on bidding activities for water/sewer heavy civil public works projects, spearhead scheduling, file timely documentation, ensure project profitability, coordinate timely payment to subcontractors, etc.,
