Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our multi-family construction projects. This role will focus on overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various residential projects including affordable housing, nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, student housing, and apartments.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage multi-family construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project standards.
Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Address any issues or delays in a proactive manner, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the multi-family construction sector.
Strong understanding of construction processes and building codes.
Experience with affordable housing, nursing facilities, and assisted living projects preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
