Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee and drive our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing multifamily construction projects while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Compensation: Up to $175k base DOE + $75k-$100k annual bonus

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, and budget.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project alignment and success.
Manage project resources, including materials, labor, and equipment, to meet project goals.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and documentation to stakeholders and clients.
Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of construction procedures, project management principles, and safety regulations.
Experience in managing multifamily construction projects is preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
